August 29 to September 3, 2018
REGISTRATION IS OPEN after July 4th weekend.
We’ll be around the fire 3 full nights and will have a shorter introductory circle on Wednesday night and a shorter and sweet closing fire circle on Sunday night.
The gathering ends Monday afternoon.
Important information to know before registering. Please read below.
We ask all of our attendees to be part of a Service Team and to take at least one kitchen shift…
The quality of our food has proven to be extraordinary.
We use almost all organic food and lots of native foods as well.
2 Meals per Day are Included and Snacks are available, we encourage that you bring snacks to share for the all nighters.
We cap ticket sales at 111 for this intimate event.
Also, we’ve learned in order to make our ceremonies as profound as we can, we do not let folks leave and come back
in to the gathering. This is called a “closed vessel” or “closed container” experiment.
This allows us all to shed our layers together and create a safer space for us to brew deeper transformation. We only allow people re-admittance in the case of birth, death or acts of god/dess. On seldom cases we reserve the right for a staff member or fire circle adept to miss orientation. Thanks for your understanding.
If you are purchasing tickets for more than yourself, please send the name and email address to our registrar in the additional information section via paypal. If you’d like to pay by check, make your check payable to “heARTbeat Collective” and mail it to the
HeARTbeat Collective, 162 Main Street Leeds, MA. 01053
Please send a message to our registrar to let us know.
Children 11 and younger can come for a donated amount of money to cover their food or you can bring an amount of organic food equal to what you expect them to eat.
This year’s location comes with rustic cabins with cots and you will need all of your own bedding.
We look forward to dancing around the fire with you soon!
In need of a little scholarship help? If you are feeling strongly called and need more aid, it’s possible we can help. Just contact the Registrar.
